I am an ISSA certified run coach and my mission is to truly empower every women to realize that running can be for her… That it doesn’t matter how long it takes you to finish but that you finished and you proved to yourself that you can do hard things & the only thing that has ever been standing in your way is you.
I grew up hating running… I know, you’re wondering how tf’ we landed here right? I’ll get there…. I avoided it like a child avoids veggies…. to the point I had my doctor write a letter to excuse me from all future running on account that “it flared my asthma up to bad” (it didn’t but the doc bought it.. SCORE). I lived by the motta.. “if i’m running you better be running too because something is chasing my ass.” I believe people like me weren’t made for running.. People in bigger bodies, people that struggled with their weight and being consistent with fitness, people that just looked like me because I never saw a runner that looked like me. & so i believed for over two decades that running wasn’t for me… until I started to question that belief in 2021 after finishing 75 hard something I also never believed I could do I wanted to prove to myself.. maybe I could run yano why not? so I started slowly (like an 18 minute mile slowly) & I signed up for my first ever 5k & within 4 months I completed that goal… & asked myself could I do a 10k? & a few months after that I completed that..
about my running journey
I fell in love with running because of what it taught me. It taught me I can do hard things. that just because I don’t look like your typical runner doesn’t mean I’m not a runner. It taught me delayed gratification and the power of never giving up. It taught me that it’s me vs me and the only person I am trying to be better than is the me of yesterday. Running because a form of therapy for me.. It became an outlet… & than it quickly became an obsession I went from never running a mile in 2021 to now in 2024 having run 3 full marathons, over a dozen half marathons, and several 10k’s and 5k’s. I went from hating running to being passionate about running and what it can do for you from the inside out.

So, now you know my running story? Why did i decide to become a coach?
That’s simple, I saw a lot of things that I was NOT ok with and the only way to change those things is become the change you want to see. I saw coaches treating slower runners differently than faster runners and made to feel like their wins weren’t worth celebrating because they weren’t qualify for Boston. I saw runners getting back burnered because they weren’t doing anything coaches could promote. I saw runners cross the finish line alone because they were slower than all the other runners and didn’t have anyone there to cheer them on…. (hell, I’ve been that runner before)
My mission is simple, I want to help women fall in love with running. I want to help women not only sign up for the race but finish the race. I want to empower women that it doesn’t matter if they run a 10 min mile or a 20 min mile they are no less of a runner AND THEY MATTER TOO.
I am looking to coach beginner/intermediate runners looking to build confidence in running and be the best runner they can be. I am looking for runners that are serious about getting better and are willing to put in the work it takes to do that. I am looking for runners that are ready to be apart of a community that will cheer them on and support them just as much as they support others. I am simply looking for women who want to fall in love with running and finish the races they sign up for strong and proud whether that’s a 5 hour marathon or a 7 hour one. Whether it’s a sub 2 hour 1/2 marathon or finishing before the cut off.
1:1 coach training
Right now I am taking VERY few clients as I embark on this run coach journey. I will be reviewing all forms and emailing back. Once we decide if this is a good fit or not we will set up a free consultation.
Pricing commitment
currently I am only offering 1:1 coaching which means we will be working VERY close together and super hands on. The current price is $100 a month. this will include a custom training plan, weekly email checkins, IG chat community & my phone number so you can text me anything you need. this price will be increasing in the future but as long as you stay with me this will be all you pay.
